hello everyone.


shredded everyday sooo far. ever shred has been shitty so far. today i was playing pretty well but then i started playing shitty. i think i have been playing bad since their is soo much stuff to do at school. all my math is due and today in cooking i was head chef and i have been head chef for the last 2 weeks... well me and my friend were the head chef's for the last 2 weeks. we had this buffet and we had to give everyone jobs and it was stressful being the chef/teacher. we ended up finishing it today and the teachers really liked it. the talent show for school is coming up soon and im abit nervous. im not really nrevous about competing with footbag ppl watching but with normal ppl watching i get soo much more nevous since i dont know what there gonna think. i didnt win last year since i didnt really know what routine's was, it ended up being dropfestmainia. this year should be better since im better and i have song already and i hope it wont be as long. i hope to win since last year i didnt even finish second i finished 3rd. some fat girl that i dont like won. i think if it was up to the students to vote i would win hands down but the silly teachers get to do it. will write more tmrw or whenever since i dont have any highlight. ohh yeah i started running the treadmill and i reached my goal. to run 3 miles in 30 mins and i did it in 25 mins soo im happy and that is my non-footbag highlight.

me dont know how much of you guys know j Dilla. hes a true hero in my books and in the hip hop game. he died a couple years back from some disease and a big part of hip hop died that day. A local in Rhode Island who is making it big in underground hiphop made a re make of j-dilla's hit "Won't do" and its sooo good. i dont know how many times i have listen to it. not very many ppl have it but i will send you guys a link. Theo and some other really ill underground rappers send me and my best friend (Steven) the stuff ppl dont have yet sooo enjoy please.

Manna, Glad to hear you're playing lots, but maybe you're over doing it a bit. Take a couple days off to let your body rest and recover. Once you let those muscles rest you ma find that you have more energy and control.
As to the treadmill running, HUGE props. We can talk more about training on saturday (which i will be there for!!!! possibly my last one for a while, school is crazy go nuts right now!). The long distance running is good, but there are better training methods for footbag. we'll talk about them later.
