haven't been playing much, i had field day last week and hundred meter dash straight took the life out of this s.o.b. My legs were sore and my hips were not to happy.

been playing super well lately, i must say i am thrilled for summer shred since i think progression for me will be amazing for my game.Shredded on Friday at ymca and the session was super consistent for me, hit some sick drills that i will tell all in a bit. Also shredded with Erik and so many randoms yesterday, it was skate for cancer, so shred was closer to the skate park. Live bands and everything, one of my favorites played aka the Lytics. probably shred tmrw

been having a pretty good and less boring weekend. after shred yesterday hung about with Steven (my best friend) and this new girl named Alexandra, super cool girl. we just hung out watch the shitty fire show then left then dropped of Steven and then me and Alex went to johnny G's for some late ass dinner. The food was sofa king good. funny story about Alex i found out... she really likes buns haha. After dinner went home and cooled out.

next day slept in since after shredding for 5 hour my body was really tired, got think its long weekend. Went out with Alex to the kp area and headed to value village and winners. Copped a new back pack and wind breaker. Went for supper at tim's and then had dq right after. Then we headed to Alex's and tried to watch octopussy but we ended up playing N64 lmao. she beat me in some donkey kong kart racing game but i beat her at super smash brothers.

had k-os this week, super duper good. I've had k-os stuck in my head since. he did "man i use to be" as his last song which was super badass, since that is my favorite song by k-os. He did the whole concert for free since's he does alot of nice things since hes a nice guy, on the other hand k-os was kinda skeechy, his eyes were so low and he was all drunken master on the stage and he wouldn't touch anyones hand...all together such a badass show... espcially for free floor seats. Some people even brought their baby, pretty intense if you ask me... the baby weren't not even one and they still brought them.

on the shred.... played on Thursday... super shitty session so i just went home. I was dropping on such easy drills that i should be able to do pretty consistently but not working on that day. Me and Erik didn't play this weekend just a little awkward for both of us so no shred. I had a solo session today and it was a decent session, played for about 2 hours then hot tub, stretch, home.

shred today... super good and super fun.... the atomic sets are so much better and all i have to do is get the awkwardness of hitting it out of hitting it out of different toe tricks.i played for about 3 hours solo, it was pretty intense. i was such a hit at the ymca..... the ymca downtown has 3 floors and i always play on the 3rd floor since their carpets and no basketballs flying around and not to many people see me, but apparently the people who work there were watching me and showing people. It was super cool since i had this crowd at ymca watch me and they all asked me questions. The super pretty girl at who works down stairs came up to me and told me i was super good..... i was like i know. ;) haha but yeah super cool. My legs don't hurt at all im so happy, me not playing yesterday really payed off, i like playing at the Y since i can go to the hot tub right after. i hit some super good stuff I'm proud off.

Ive been working a lot on stalling since I think my stalls are to short and i always end up bailing to osis so what i ended up doing was don't drill that take a lot more stall work like blender/dyno pause* then ripwalk or drifter rev swirl pdx drifter rpt and just drills like that to work on stalling... its helped a lot on my far swirl... i can just stall the bag right after the motion is down...... and some success Andrew FINALLY got through to me, before he left he would always say "use your hips when you do you atomics" and all i have to do is move my leg to the side... my legs finally are getting the right motion for them... correction* my hips are finally starting to get the motion for them, it was surprisingly easy and i was SO happy. Every time i tried rubber man it was always money. The trick was you have to move your hips in a weird shuffle motion and you legs and body do the rest of the work.... For tmrw session i hope it wasn't just a one time thing since i was doing SO good. blahhh Andrews wisdom is starting to pay off again thanks Andrew.

this Friday i have some school job to do... i was suppose to be going to a show, my friend dj Envoy is play and some other undergrounds muneshine and abstract art form will be their.. i really really wanna go but i would rather have money for u.s.o. plus k-os is have a show the week later so will be attending that for sure and block party will be here I'm pretty stoked.

Ive been playing a lot of footbag lately. i played Thursday Friday and Saturday. i played 2 times on Thursday for 2 hours both session. and Friday i had no school and played for 2 hours and today i shredded with Erik and Derek for about 2 or 3 hours. I think i had my best session today, it was super wierd since it was super cold soo you wouldnt ever expect a good session. Some of my rooms were super intense and alot of stuff that is hard for me to link together.... i think Erik is making a video so you guys will be able to watch it then, if it ends up getting made. It was kinda random that Derek just came out but it was super cool since hes soo good, hopefully he can come out a lot more this summer. Tmrw me and Erik will be having a 4-20 shred.... a guy that i met said we should play on 4:20... he knows Scott, i just forget his name but he was some super cool philipino guy and he told me that he has met Derek and Andrew.


before shred yesterday i went to tub and they were have a sale so i bought a new g-shock .:)
it can tell different times in different countries, auto backlight, moon phase, tide graph 3 alarms. and its lighter than a feather. They went on sale so i desided to buy another. it was still pricey, it came up to 140 somthing but i was worth every pennie. They had the shred Andrew have aka the 100% recycled shoe. After going to tub me and my best friend Steven went to garden city and hung out with Marissa for a bit. i Ended up going home and getting my shred stuff then meeting Lore at the forks. so they all hung out and watched us shred for abit.

haven't blogged in awhile...

nothing really new, got off spring break and i played about 5 times then. 3 times shredding with Erik. Played good and bad for those 5 days. Besides that spring break was boring. stayed home and cooled out. i was suppose to go to Edmonton but didn't end up going, shitty deals. at least i only have about 2 and a half months of school left and then is s.o.b has only one more year left. :)


I played Monday and all i did was basics and some guiltless drills. i feel like i am getting ahead of myself... not in a cocky way but like i think i am trying stuff that is not in my area or out of my comfort zone and i just end up getting mad or frustrated at the end of the session, so before it gets any worst i will stick to some basics for awhile. shred hard when i shred with Erik and just do basics in my own time. On that Monday i went for a run on the tredmill and i was lazy to go get my other runnng shoes soo i just ran in my lavers and they smell bad plus i went home with a blister(thats what happen when you stop playing in socks)i tryed to put ban-aids on it but just wasnt working, soo it was like Andrew at t.o jam all over again...It was me this time though that hurt like hell, by the end of the day i had a gangsta walk going on. I was to lazy to go to my locker which only takes less than 5 min. >_> i was even planning on playing alot this week but it changed after that blister. its all good now and should be good for saturday. its gonna be plus 10 so it should be hot enoguh.

today was skills Canada, it is when they pick a student from each high school to repersent their school in what ever technical course they are in and if they win they fly out to somewhere in the world to compete against different countries. (i just went to go watch at the red river college) :P

geez im sick. Erik Canceled shred on saturday since he said he was feeling sick and i was gonna solo but i ended up not feeling well in the evening. my lungs hurt. i played thursday though and it wasn't a very good session. i really can't wait for summer i want it to be outdoor shred already since it's so much more fun, im getting sick of playing indoors. i went spring shoopping yesterday and bought 2 rocksmith jackets for 60 bucks and a rocksmith shirt for 15. i was pretty much getting the stuff free since rocksmith is mad pricey. i Got it winners soo it was cheap.

update of this last week. monday i stayed after school to help out with some cooking and serving food, i got pad for that. Tuesday ended up sleeping since i was tired. wedesday i didnt go to school for the morning since i needed my flu shot and my mom had to take me the doctors to get it. I was feeling fine till i got home. i go to get a flu shot and i get sick >_>. it was retarded i had a fever and didnt end up playing till saturday. Getting a flu shot is dumb if you just get sick after. it. on Friday had no school soo i went out with some of my best friends and i went shopping for some clothes and got picked up some stuff, i got this illisss obey public enemy hat that i lub :) .

finally writing in here again. I have been why to busy for anything...even footbag. i only played once this week. well i played Friday and Today (sunday) on friday i played really good.... i think i had my longest run i have ever had. it wasnt a shuffle run but it was more dlo, drifters and blender etc. i didnt count the contacts but it was super long.... Today i had a Crappy session. I think my mind set just wasnt right and i was just getting annoyed by playing soo i just went home bought a Slurpee and ate m & m cookies..... on the other hand i think i have found a new routine song to start practicing

i havent had a solo in about 2, almost 3 weeks now. first week i was ill and couldnt play. last week i had a infection and i couldnt walk soo i had to stay home all week. Doc said it should be the last of the infection since it didnt all come out but this time it did, i dont want to say the hole story since it is nasty. Turns out im not in the talent show at school anymore, i since i had the infection i couldn't go to school and i missed try outs. Im pretty mad about it but whatever life goes on till the end of time.I have no school Wedesday soo i will shred with Erik, i think it will be a very good session for me since everytime something is stopping me from playing the better i play when i get back to shredding. At home i have been playing barefoot it hit Smog Bsos mid string yesterday and i hit 30 contacts of all toe shuffle which i was happy about. Soo all and all it was a good week, but i saw these blue and purple pumps today and i really need them in my life. ohh yeah i read my old blog posts on modified and it was wierd. some of the stuff and some rpt and link combo's didnt even make sense. Plus the stuff i was hitting was super whack, they were all too easy i feel kinda shitty since that all i was hitting. Im taller than all my brothers and my Sister now, i feel good about it, since i was alway the shortests in school. uhhmm what else is random from this week. Finally went to a birthday party after like 1 year of never going to any since shred is always on Saturday and birthday Parties are on Saturdays. My friend Jasmine Had her party on a Friday soo i could go, Yay me. Talent show in 2 weeks, Im pretty stoked for it.

got to Erik's At about 4:50 watched some shred video's . After that i was pumped for shred. i was playing really good for about an hour or soo and then i died. I just got cold and started dropping any everything and anything easy for me. Mainly since i felt a little sick, but im better right now. Erik Ended the session like hot sauce. soo i started good and Erik Ended good. Soo together we are a perfect session hehe. my links were harder at the start and i notice that i dont bop that much anymore. Im really happy about that, i also kinda wanna see my style on video, so i hope Erik can make a little video soo i can see if my game is any different. i dont really like my past videos since i hit stuff that is pretty easy for me now. no real hightlight. you would have to be their to see my highlights. ;)

busy day, slept in then found a list to do and i had to go to shred... i had to go do the stuff mommy said soo i got that stuff done. then got to Erik place at 5 something, i was a bit late and everyone was their already. we played out doors since it was nice enough but it got dark fast though. It was a really fun session even if i didnt play good. The only problem was that it got dark fast. around 7 Brandon aka the new guy left and it was already dark... the session was alot more fun when he left. i dont mean it in a bad way haha. since we where all not playing very well we did motw for the hole time. if you read in Erik's blog you will see what we hit. plus i loved the lighting since it had that underground effect plus it would be good for a video.no real hightlight. maybe just JackKnife and stepping diving mirage first try.

hello everyone.


shredded everyday sooo far. ever shred has been shitty so far. today i was playing pretty well but then i started playing shitty. i think i have been playing bad since their is soo much stuff to do at school. all my math is due and today in cooking i was head chef and i have been head chef for the last 2 weeks... well me and my friend were the head chef's for the last 2 weeks. we had this buffet and we had to give everyone jobs and it was stressful being the chef/teacher. we ended up finishing it today and the teachers really liked it. the talent show for school is coming up soon and im abit nervous. im not really nrevous about competing with footbag ppl watching but with normal ppl watching i get soo much more nevous since i dont know what there gonna think. i didnt win last year since i didnt really know what routine's was, it ended up being dropfestmainia. this year should be better since im better and i have song already and i hope it wont be as long. i hope to win since last year i didnt even finish second i finished 3rd. some fat girl that i dont like won. i think if it was up to the students to vote i would win hands down but the silly teachers get to do it. will write more tmrw or whenever since i dont have any highlight. ohh yeah i started running the treadmill and i reached my goal. to run 3 miles in 30 mins and i did it in 25 mins soo im happy and that is my non-footbag highlight.

me dont know how much of you guys know j Dilla. hes a true hero in my books and in the hip hop game. he died a couple years back from some disease and a big part of hip hop died that day. A local in Rhode Island who is making it big in underground hiphop made a re make of j-dilla's hit "Won't do" and its sooo good. i dont know how many times i have listen to it. not very many ppl have it but i will send you guys a link. well what a good weeek at school and at footbag..... Monday noo school and its my bd. i got new shoes for my birthday and some earings that my friends got me and some more new shoes from daddy and some clothes from mommy. then the whole week went soo fast. tuesday i had school and it was really quick. Wedesday was pretty busy since i had to stay on my feet all day and cooking. after that me and Erik shredded and i proabaly had most Warst session ever. i played soo shitty it was crazy. i only had one run that was desent. Erik was have a pretty bad day to soo we had a walk spin session.... we both hit it bsos but i was first :P. ohh yes if you dont know already Erik's school is about 2 blocks away from mine soo we can shred alot in the Winter if he stays there. Thurday i had a 4 hours solo session at the ycma. i felt bad that i played soo bad the day beofore that i had to make up for it with better day of shred. i hit some cool stuff and it was a desent session. i didnt play friday since i thought Hackrifice was gonna shred Saturday but i guess not since everyone is busy. There is also Brandon who said that he would shred with me today at the ymca and im always down for that. i will play for a couple hours everyday now. at least 3 minimum.

hi im Manna i,i,i ROCK! right?!

well shred again today, all day everyday. not my best session since all i did was drill and mess up on stuff but i do have good news. while i was shredding there was some ppl breaking and they were soo suprised with my footbag skills that they watched me for awhile. they even asked me to join there circle hahah. it was pretty cool and such a great experiance. after the that we talked abit and they asked me if i could do some opening shows for them and i said yes. i gave them some contact info and they said they would call me if they have a show and i will be able to shred infront of some break dance ppl. i dont know how many times i have been asked to switch to the VERY DARK side aka Breaking but i dont know i dont really think its my thing plus i think breaking is played out un like footbag. im thinking this asking me to play footbag at there shows is cool beacause i can expose footbag and i can get alot of practice for some rotines that will most likely happen alot in my footbag life. plus Joel wants me to do school demos for him soo that is another treat for me and alot of practice and hopefully get som s.o.bs in to the sport. The breakers said "they could with my Talent very easily". soo thats good to know and im really happy about that. noo highlights today, since the ymca closed down early and i came alittle late and only got my warm up in and some drills.

nooo new hip hop videos. no one has anything new but i have been searching for a new routine soo i can be on top of my game if i have to compete. i really like this.




im not a 100% sure since im really picky with routine songs. i always sayone thing but i always end up switching for some reason.

well me go to YMCA today and MEEEE play footbag.
solo session today, and yesterday and probably gonna start shredding everyday.

Let me start off by talking about my wonderful day. wake up go to school, hang with some friend.
goo home eat watah t.v then at 7 pm head to the ymca and do my favorite think to do in life. play footbag! i played for about 2 and a half hours in the studio. it was a pretty shitty session to start of with and i was getting really pissed off. so i just sat in the change room and watched some t.vo for a abit. Just for laughs was on sooo i was watched for alittle. then i went back up and started fresh and i hit some cool stuff.
